Refund Policy

3. Shipping Fees:

Consignment Terms of Service
1. General Terms
1.1 By consigning items with Dark Spire Games & Treasures, the Consignor agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1.2 The Consignee reserves the right to refuse any item for consignment at their sole discretion.
1.3 The Consignor guarantees that all consigned items are authentic, legally owned, and free from liens or claims.
2. Pricing & Adjustments
2.1 The selling price will be agreed upon before listing, but the Consignee reserves the right to make minor price adjustments (e.g., discounts or promotions) to facilitate a sale.
2.2 If the Consignor wishes to change the price of an unsold item, they must submit a request in writing.
3. Consignment Period & Unsold Items
3.1 The standard consignment period is [e.g., 60/90] days from the date of listing.
3.2 If an item remains unsold after the consignment period, the Consignor must arrange for pickup or request a return shipment (shipping fees may apply).
3.3 If no arrangements are made within [e.g., 30 days] after the consignment period, the Consignee may:
Extend the consignment period.
Discount the item for a quick sale.
Donate or liquidate the item (if specified in advance).
4. Sales, Taxes, & Payment
4.1 The Consignee will collect, report, and remit all sales tax on behalf of the Consignor.
4.2 The Consignee will deduct their 10% commission from the post-tax sale amount before issuing payment.
4.3 Payments to the Consignor will be issued via check within 7-14 business days of the completed sale.
4.4 The Consignee is not responsible for chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or customer disputes after payment has been issued.
5. Liability & Risk
5.1 The Consignee will take reasonable care of consigned items but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage beyond their control. Which includes it being mailed. Once mailed out the consignee isn’t responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
5.2 The Consignor understands that all items are consigned at their own risk.
6. Termination & Disputes
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice.
6.2 In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation before seeking legal action.
